Our Daily Schedule & Activities

Our curriculum is play based and aligns with the Kentucky Early Learning Standards. Children are provided with opportunities to explore, observe and experiment in a structured and choice-based environment. Learning environment encourages children to ask questions, make conclusions and develop independence through large group activities and small group activities that stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. Curriculum focuses on kindergarten preparation and consists of circle time, cognitive and language, music and movement, literacy and books, sensory and art, math and science, and small and large muscle activities. Mixture of structured and non structured activity time is planned and children are able to experiment with all materials available at an individual pace with children participating as little or as much as each child wishes while developing habits of observation, questioning, listening, and gaining awareness of personal feelings and right to express feelings.
